This 'very berry' smoothie recipe is the perfect way to add some flair to your post-workout shake, or make a quick and easy protein-packed breakfast. 

Ingredients


  • 2 scoops of Recover (35g)
  • 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 banana
  • tbsp oats
  • 250ml oat milk

Method

Simply add all of the ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth and drink immediately.

Try adding less milk and use frozen bananas for a thick, delicious smoothie bowl.
