Our snack bars can be enjoyed at any time, but we don’t recommend doubling up on products that contain the same supplement powder. So we wouldn't recommend having a Gut Bar with Daily Gut, or a Brain Bar with Mind.

Yes, we have a big focus on fibre at INDI because a shocking 96% of us don't get enough. Daily Gut contains 4.05g of fibre per sachet, Gut Bar contains 7.8g fibre and Brain Bars contain 6.1g fibre. 

We love Mind mixed with coconut milk best, but it also tastes great with oat or almond milk.

Daily Gut can be mixed with water, plant milk (we love Rude Health Almond drink), yoghurt, porridge, chia puddings or smoothies!

High temperatures can affect the polyphenols and therefore the nutritional value of our supplements.  You can mix into warm porridge, smoothies, milk or water, but we’d advise against cooking with our powders or adding to boiling water.

Our tubs are made from 100% recycled board and lined with a foil membrane to keep the powder fresh. They can be widely recycled but this will differ depending on your local council.

Our measuring scoop is bioplastic; a plant-based material made from corn starch that is fully compostable.

Our Daily Gut and snack bar cartons are 100% recyclable.

Unfortunately, our sachet and snack bar wraps are not recyclable (we are actively testing other materials to find a better alternative). This is a necessary compromise to protect the product.

Our shipping boxes and eco-packing shred are made from recycled materials and are 100% recyclable.
