    Helps son fall asleep

    Bought the trial and now bought the months supply. That should say something.

    Im a night shift worker and am part of a sleep study where I need to sleep with a heart rate monitor to check on my sleep stages as well as HRV.

    This has made a marked improvement in only a few days.

    By the way if you are sensitive start with 0.25ml. I used a full papette and I was like a drink person lol. So yeah start with less and work your way up.

    I've used it for mid day naps as well and does the trick.
