It’s interesting – when I first tried these I was expecting something like the gut bar which our whole family are addicted to, so it was a shock and I wasn’t sure. Since then when I have tried these, I’m now aware of what to expect with the very strong flavour and though I would choose the gut bar to eat irrespective of benefits, I am growing into this new taste and starting to look for it with a black coffee - instead of dark chocolate. I have subscribed since its a whole different thing - almost like a strong sweet/bitter cacao and I’d eat the brain bar since the fibre content is so impressive & it is very filling (i couldn’t eat two) so it feels more like another way to get great ingredients and get a double benefit of improved alertness like a mild stimulant.
