These smoothie recipes are the perfect way to add some flair to your post-workout shake, or make a quick and easy protein-packed breakfast. Simply add all of the ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth and drink immediately. Try adding less milk and use frozen bananas for a thick, delicious smoothie bowl.
1. Very berry Tone
Ingredients
- 2 scoops of Indi Tone (35g)
- 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 banana
- tbsp of oats
- 250ml of oat milk
2. Cocoa Build beast
Ingredients
- 2 scoops of Indi Build (35g)
- 1/2 banana
- tbsp peanut butter
- 250ml oat milk
- 1 medjool date
