Porridge + Body


We always recommend enjoying your Indi supplements with food to improve the absorption of nutrients. Try Body mixed with porridge for the most delicious, nutritious breakfast. There's no rules, but this is one of our favourite combinations.

  • 1 sachet of Body
  • Organic whole milk 
  • Banana 
  • Seasonal berries
  • Flax seeds
  • Whole almonds

Cook your porridge as normal. Transfer to a bowl before stirring in your sachet of Body (avoid heating the powder because this will affect the all-important polyphenols in your supplement).  Top with sliced banana, seasonal berries, flax seeds and almonds.
