Mood booster smoothie recipe

This recipe delivers essential prebiotic fibre from flaxseeds & dates and healthy fats from avocado & nut butter.   • 1 scoop of Mind
  • 2 tbsp nut butter
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds 
  • 1 small banana (ideally frozen)
  • 1 avocado 
  • 60g fresh spinach 
  • 1/2 lemon, juice only 
  • 300g water or coconut water 
  • 100g ice cubes

Put all the ingredients in a high power blender and mix until smooth.
