Ingredients
- 1 scoop of Mind
- 2 tbsp nut butter
- 2 medjool dates
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1 small banana (ideally frozen)
- 1 avocado
- 60g fresh spinach
- 1/2 lemon, juice only
- 300g water or coconut water
- 100g ice cubes
Method
Put all the ingredients in a high power blender and mix until smooth.
