Berry breakfast bowl


A simple, quick and delicious way to start your day!

  • 1 sachet of Body
  • Natural live yogurt 
  • Kefir
  • Frozen berries or seasonal berries
  • Chia seeds
  • Desiccated coconut flakes
  • Granola with nuts

Put the yogurt, kefir, berries and Body powder in a blender. Pour into a bowl before sprinkling with chia seeds, coconut and granola.
