- Natural live yogurt
- Frozen berries or seasonal berries
- Chia seeds
- Desiccated coconut flakes
- Granola with nuts
Put the yogurt, kefir, berries and Body powder in a blender. Pour into a bowl before sprinkling with chia seeds, coconut and granola.
