4 weeks of Body - what to expect

Week 1

In the first few days, expect to notice some changes with your digestion. If you are someone who doesn’t usually eat many diverse types of plants, you may find that you are slightly windier than usual! This is totally normal and though it may be a bit embarrassing, it is not harmful and it shouldn’t be uncomfortable. Don’t let this initial readjustment phase put you off: your microbiome will adapt in just a few days and you’ll be digesting all that extra fibre like a pro without the added wind. 

Another great effect of adding fibre to your daily meals is that you’ll feel fuller for longer and may notice that you don’t get that post-meal slump as much. This is thanks to fibre slowing down how quickly your stomach empties your food into your small intestine, and it’s one of the reasons why having your Indi with your meals is recommended. 

Week 2

By week 2, you should see a noticeable improvement in your bowel movements and your gut health. Your gut transit time (from eating to loo) will have reduced and you will be feeling less hunger pangs if the rest of your diet is mostly free of Ultra Processed Foods (UPFs) and added sugars. Thanks to the variety of polyphenols and antioxidants that help to reduce the impact of stress on our bodies, improved skin tone and better sleep are also on the menu. Expect better energy levels too, especially if you are mostly meat free, thanks to our B vitamin complex.

Week 3

This week you’ll notice better energy throughout the day and improved mental clarity as hard working anthocyanins in our 3 different types of berries and purple carrot acts on vascular health. Week 4
