3 ways to enjoy Body

1. Keep it simple

Using your shaker bottle, mix 1 sachet with 150ml of your favourite plant-based milk. We love Rude Health. On the go? Take your handy Body sachet and mix with water! 


2. Overnight oats 

  • half a cup of jumbo rolled oats
  • heaped tsp of chia seeds
  • heaped tsp of milled flax seeds
  • your favourite plant based milk
To serve
  • apple - grated/sliced
  • almond butter
  • cinnamon
  • toasted coconut flakes
  • frozen raspberries

Add your Body, oats, chia seeds, flaxseeds and plant-based milk to a bowl. Stir, cover and pop in the fridge overnight. Add your toppings or swap for your own favourites. Enjoy!


3. Kefir gut-greatness 

  • Organic dairy kefir
  • handful of frozen blueberries
  • walnuts
  • goji berries

To a blender, add your kefir, blueberries, walnuts and one sachet of Body and blend to your desired consistency. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with the goji berries and there you have it.
